Thank you for your story and your lessons. I, too, learned those same lessons, but lucky, I gave up quicker. I did a lot of research, even went to BBB and looked at their rating. It was pretty good and went with them, only now, they have a bad rating (an F) and now, it has me doubting the neutrality of the BBB if a company like PublishAmerica can have a great rating. Promotions and advertising go hand in hand by having the ammunition to be put inside a gun and fired, pointed at the right target. Without a target, there is no hit. Without ammunition, no spark and shot is created. Without the gun, the content is primarily useless and pointless.

If you're serious, that would be AWESOME!!!! Clearly this place has affected a lot of us. How could it not? It seems like it needs to be properly honored...even though it is no more. Wish it was still around though. I think I have an old year book too. But not sure. You've made me want to go look. I'd love to see photos of yours. Especially if you had any photos of the outside. Oh, Jade, I'm so sorry! I just now saw your comment! I was going to pop open the bottle of champagne I had meant to drink on New Year's...until Wayne got sick. (On New Year's that is. He wasn't sick on the day I got the good news.) But I forget why we didn't. I think he was working late on a project and wasn't in the mood for champagne when he got home. And I didn't want to drink it alone. Anyway...I just ate some chocolate instead! =)

Chris, my high school sweetheart, was also a cancer survivor. Every year, after his checkup, he would celebrate by driving down to Key Biscayne for pizza. What are you going to do to celebrate?

OH JULIE! How amazing you can relate to this! And having lost it not once but twice you sure can! I love that you also got a fake one. But that your hub got your a 3-stone one. Those are very pretty and I had considered asking for a nice fake one of those I saw, but it didn't have a wedding band like this one. THANKS for sharing your experience!

I lost the diamond in my engagement ring twice and ended up with a very nice fake diamond. Now that ring is sitting in my jewelry box and I wear the three stone ring my hubby got for me on our 26th wedding anniversary while in Las Vegas. I love it but always making sure the prongs are not broken or worn down because I don't want to lose the stones. Your ring is beautiful. Sometimes I love the flash and there are other times I will just wear the band.
